We offer full refunds on all non-sale items returned within 7 days of arrival. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use or damage.

Items returned after the 7-day window, missing original packaging, or showing signs of damage are subject to a partial refund only. All sale items are final sale.
