Sealed Returns Only: Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the tiles are still in their original, unopened cellophane wrapper. Because this is a premium, boutique game piece collection, we have a strict policy to ensure the hygiene and pristine condition of every set. Returns mush happen no later than 7 days after delivery.

Inspected Before Refund: Once the cellophane wrapper has been opened or broken, the set is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
